3.3  Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

3.4  We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price at the time of order confirmation applies.

3.5  In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

4. Payment

4.1  We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods displayed at checkout.

4.2  Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or bank details.

4.3  Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.

4.4  In case of failed payment, the amount (if debited) will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1  We ship to addresses within India. International shipping, if offered, will be detailed separately.

5.2  Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier, location, or force majeure events.

5.3  Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5.4  Additional shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

5.5  We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner or events beyond our reasonable control.

 

6. Cancellations
